GUY TALK

For fathers and sons ages 9-10 years.

This 2 1/2 course covers the basic physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty.

The information helps fathers and sons feel more comfortable with those changes in a fun and engaging manner. Fathers feel more prepared for future conversations and sons feel more comfortable approaching their fathers.

The benefits of this course include but are not limited to:

• Preparation for the physical changes that occur during puberty (growth spurts, voice changes, growing of body/pubic hair, acne, perspiration, and many other important topics)
• Preparation for the emotional changes that occur during puberty (emotional roller coaster, constructively dealing with anger and frustration, etc.)
• Information on proper hygiene
• Forum where fathers and sons can comfortable come together and talk.
