A weekend retreat (not overnight) that generates an open dialogue about puberty, hygiene, nutrition, peer pressure, the media, self-esteem, body image, reproduction, relationships and more.
The Puberty Re-Treat includes fun activities such as; mini facials, useful nutritional and hygiene tips, ways to instill healthy self esteem and body image, critical thinking and decision making skills.
The intention of this weekend is to create a lasting bond between mothers and daughters, while preparing them for the physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty.
