This 2 ½ hour course covers the basic physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty and helps to establish good hygiene habits.

The information helps fathers and sons feel more comfortable with these changes in a fun and engaging manner. Fathers feel more prepared for future conversations and sons feel more comfortable approaching their fathers.

Forum where fathers and sons can comfortably come together and talk. The benefits of this course include but are not limited to:

• Preparation for the physical changes that occur during puberty (growth spurts, voice changes, growing of body/pubic hair, acne, perspiration, and many other important topics)
• Preparation for the emotional changes that occur during puberty (emotional roller coaster, constructively dealing with anger and frustration, etc.)
• Information on proper hygiene.
• Forum where fathers and sons can comfortable come together and talk.
