For Mothers & Daughters (ages 10-12)
(parents attend first session)

Weekend retreat (not over-night), will include “Rites of Passage” course topics plus -- fun interactive activities, such as mini facials, useful nutritional and hygiene tips, ways to instill healthy self esteem and body image, critical thinking and decision making skills.

Mothers gain confidence talking with their daughters; and the daughters view their mothers as more approachable. This course gives mothers the foundation and necessary tools to communicate their personal values and beliefs. It also creates a close bond between mother and daughter that will last into the future.
